Omoda & Jaecoo Nepal, through its authorized distributor SPG Automobiles, has been steadily expanding a dedicated network of EV charging stations across the country to support owners of models such as the Omoda E5, Omoda E5 Pro, Jaecoo J5, and Jaecoo J6T. The network includes DC fast charging points at key locations including the main showroom in Uttardhoka and the service center in Sitapaila in Kathmandu, as well as stations in Pokhara, Bhaktapur, Biratnagar, and along major highways. A significant milestone was the inauguration of Nepal’s highest-altitude EV charging station in Tsarang, Upper Mustang, located above 3,500 meters, which has made long-distance travel to remote regions far more practical for electric vehicle users. Omoda and Jaecoo vehicles fully support CCS2 fast charging, allowing a charge from 30% to 80% in approximately 40–45 minutes at compatible stations, helping reduce range anxiety and enabling confident travel throughout Nepal.
